Aubrey fell in love with yoga during a stressful job search, initially practicing solely for the physical benefits. She comes from a gymnastics background, so she felt comfortable with that aspect of yoga. Slowly but surely, she started to gravitate more toward the mental side of yoga and meditation, and realized that yoga is not only a workout for your body, but for your mind as well.
Since completing her 200 HR RYT, she has grown into her teaching and her classes focus on cultivating strength and awareness by building on a solid foundation. She loves to move slowly and mindfully during classes, while still incorporating strength and power, and cultivating awareness.
