With the current global pandemic; COVID-19, and “lockdowns” across the world, we would like to assure our community that we are closely monitoring this constantly evolving situation and that your safety and wellbeing is our number one priority. We encourage everyone to exercise due diligence regarding the health and travel risks associated with COVID-19, but to remain calm and know that “this too shall pass.”
As much as we would have loved to meet and reunite with many of you across the world, we've had to make the difficult decision to postpone all of our retreats which were meant to take place prior to August 2020. These retreats have all been rescheduled, and our financial commitments have been carried over to the new dates. Deposits for upcoming retreats are held with our dedicated service providers (hotels, tours, etc.)
If you were scheduled for a retreat between [March - August], we have implemented the following options:
1. The total amount paid for your retreat will be carried over to the new retreat dates. Final payments for the new retreat will be required 60 days prior to the retreat start or we may also set up a payment plan at any time. Please email us for more information.
2. If you are unable to attend the new retreat dates, we will offer a refund (minus deposit paid), via the method it was paid. Your deposit amount will be retained in the form of a credit to ANY future retreat (with no expiry).
All scheduled retreats from [September] onward are still open for registration and will run according to schedule until further notice.
We greatly appreciate your understanding and continued support through this challenging time. It's now more important than ever to be grateful and to think positively. We've always said that our greatest asset is our community and we are so incredibly grateful for the strong and inspiring people from around the world who make up our global community.
Let's support each other in any way that we can - whether it's checking in on one another, helping each other stay accountable on a passion project, or supporting each other's small businesses. Small actions can have a big impact.
We wish everyone the best in health and look forward to resuming our regular activities.
