We’re bringing you the best of Bali on this 6 night, 7 day yoga retreat with Robin Martin and Morgan Zion to experience the island’s culture, mysticism and magic! Feel the peaceful nature surrounding the rice fields of Ubud, the buzz of the beach and surf town of Canggu, and the ocean vibes of the the beautiful beaches in Uluwatu. In between our yoga practice, we’ll get to experience a spiritual cleanse in the Holy waters of Tirta Empul Temple, a sound healing bath, massages and floral baths, shop local markets, and indulge in foods from the best spots in town. Home to our cofounder (and your Retreat host) Azma Ousmand, you’ll be getting an insider’s experience of the island of the Gods.

DAY 1: Welcome to the Island of Gods
We'll take you straight from the airport to our first home in Ubud to begin with an opening ceremony to meet your new friends followed by a traditional Balinese dinner to fill your bellies.
DAY 2: Grounding
We'll start our day with yoga followed by a yummy breakfast and then we're off to the town of Ubud to explore its temples, local markets and cafes. We'll head back in time for dinner and then immerse you in a Sound healing experience conducted by Shervin Boloorian - one of Bali's best sound healers.
DAY 3: Mind, Body & Soul Nourishment
After yoga and breakfast, we'll visit the Holy Water Temple called Tirta Empul. The locals of Bali flock to the temple to cleanse and purify their mind, body and soul from the several water springs inside the temple. We'll then head to Jungle Fish Pool Club set amidst the jungles of Ubud followed by relaxing massages and flower baths at Karsa Spa, one of Ubud's best spas. Nothing like an evening yin practice to compliment this day of zen and wind us down for a good night rest.
DAY 4: Joy and Good Vibes
Morning yoga, breakfast then we're off to Canggu or often referred to as the "Gu". Canggu has become a hot spot for digital nomads, hipsters, and tourists of all kind. It's a playground for all things - surf, yoga, sunsets or night life, the vibes are here! We'll check into our retreat centre the Cosmo and spend the afternoon settling in and exploring the town. We'll head to St. Tropez Beach Club for a rooftop Sunset Vinyasa Flow followed by dinner and good vibes.
DAY 5: Ocean Bliss
After morning yoga and breakfast, we're taking you to the coastal and beach town of Uluwatu to spend the day at Palmilla Beach Club set on the white sand beach of Melasti. We'll stop for dinner and head home back to the Gu.
DAY 6: Finale
A morning yoga practice and breakfast - then the rest of the morning is yours to take in the last bit of Bali vibes, whether more spa time, surf or cafe hop. We'll then gather in the afternoon for our Arm Balance workshop - Defying Gravity led by Robin & Morgan. We'll enjoy our final night together with sunset and a beautiful dining experience to wrap up the beautiful week together.
DAY 7: Flight back home

Roundtrip Airfare to Bali Ngurah Rai International Airport (Airport code: DPS). Please do not book your flight until you receive instructions. Note: Based on your point of departure you most likely will have to leave 1 - 2 days prior to the start date of the retreat.
Optional/extra activities or tours you'd like to partake in like Mount Batur Hike. A list of available tours will be provided in the information package.
3 Lunches will be on your own to give you an opportunity to try out the variety of cafes in Ubud and Canggu - recommendations will be provided!
Travel Insurance (medical, COVID-19 coverage & trip cancellation) is mandatory to protect you in case of any unforeseen emergencies. Proof of purchase is required before trip departure. Please note Bali requires proof of insurance.

COVID-19 Tests required for arrival or departure (Tests prior to departure home will be arranged $$). Please note, Bali requires PCR test 48 hours prior to departure. *Subject to change as per government regulations of Bali, Indonesia.
Travel Visa to Bali - VOA-Visa on Arrival costs IDR 500.000 per person and the payment is on arrival.
Pre or Post Retreat Stay. We recommend arriving one day before your retreat to settle in!

ABOUT ROBIN MARTIN
Robin Martin is a certified yoga instructor and avid acroyoga teacher based in Seattle, WA. She discovered early in her practice that breath with body movement can release the stresses of daily life, and deeply weaves them into her classes. Her use of creative, alignment-based sequencing provides a safe space for her students to let go of the outside world and heal the body from the inside out.
You can find her teaching locally in Seattle as well as leading retreats and workshops across the country and internationally.
ABOUT MORGAN ZION
Exercise and athletic movements have always been part of Morgan Zion’s life. As a D1 collegiate soccer and track athlete, she always trained hard, which meant her body took on a lot of injuries. In an effort to get out of the training room and back onto the field, she found Yoga.
For Morgan, yoga encompassed the perfect blend of strength, recovery, flexibility, and rest that she needed to heal and build confidence. After college, she pursued her RYT 200 and began sharing her passion for yoga by teaching her own style of athletic, fun, challenging yoga.
YOGA & WORKSHOPS
Sunset Vinyasa Flow: Tune into the energy from the surrounding desert during this challenging and invigorating practice that will focus on connecting your breath to your movement.
Defying Gravity: Arm Balance Workshop: This fun and challenging workshop will teach you how to approach a variety of arm balances with greater confidence. Arm balances are empowering postures from which we can learn a lot about how we approach fear on and off the mat. All levels are welcome!
Restorative Hip Opening Workshop: All levels welcome for this 60 min workshop. Flow through a gentle hip opening sequence to really warm up the body before you dive deeper into hip openers where you will spend time breaking down each pose and melting all the tension away making space within the body to flow more freely, emotionally and physically.
Guided Meditation + Gentle Flow: A slower-flow gentle yoga class suitable for all levels, ending with guided meditation. This class provides a gentle balance to a busy travel day and an opportunity for mindfully deepening your practice.
BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
A $500 USD Non Refundable initial deposit will secure your spot on the retreat or you may choose to pay in full. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to the retreat start date. Payment plans are available - once your deposit is paid please email us at email@example.com to set up.
Please note, our cancellation policy is as follows:
Initial deposits are strictly non refundable.
If cancelled 90 days before the Retreat start date, your initial deposit may be transferable to another retreat.
If cancelled 60 days or less prior to the Retreat start date, 100% of the Retreat price is forfeited.
If you choose to join the Retreat after the start date or leave the Retreat prior to the end date, full payment of the Retreat price will apply.
Please do not book your flight until you have received a confirmation to do so. You will be provided with instructions on when to arrive/depart along with travel agent details to assist you with your flight booking (or you may book your flight on your own).
An information package will be sent 15 days prior to departure and will include the retreat schedule, recommended packing list and trip details.

IMPORTANT COVID ENTRY REQUIREMENTS: To enter Bali, proof of vaccination is required (2 doses at least 15 days before arrival) and a negative PCR test within 48 hours prior to departure is required.
IMPORTANT COVID DEPARTURE REQUIREMENTS:
Please check your home country for return requirements. ALL US air travellers returning to the US need a negative Covid-19 test taken within ONE days of their departing flight.
